Stable Seas recently participated in a UNODC sponsored meeting of maritime law enforcement officers. The meeting brought together the heads of national maritime law enforcement operations centers from Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines to share best practices. Stable Seas was asked to present some of its recent work on the use of human intelligence in maritime security and how these concepts could be applied in the region. The event was a great opportunity for Stable Seas to share its work with practitioners, gain a better understanding of the challenges they face, and have conversations about how we can support them in their missions.
